Messages are sent by members of our sales and account management team. Message types include initial business outreach, follow-up communications, meeting confirmations, document delivery coordination, and ongoing client account management. We do not send marketing blasts, promotional campaigns, or automated content to consumers.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Recipients can expect to receive messages on an as-needed conversational basis, typically no more than a few messages per week, and only in connection with prospective or active business communication.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Happy Billing is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from Happy Billing at any time to immediately and permanently unsubscribe from SMS communications. SMS communications are directed to verified business contacts at U.S. healthcare practices, including practice owners, office managers, and billing managers, in connection with prospective or active business relationships regarding medical billing and revenue cycle services. Carrier Disclaimer
